Im trying to make an events calendar for a site and I was just wondering if there is anyway to make a calendar without having to make each month separate changing the date for each one?

The easiest way is to use a server side language to write out the calendar.
Find out what language (if any) your host provides support for and then search places like sourceforge.net and hotscripts.com for a calendar script in that language.

Here's a free calendar that I looked at for my site:
http://www.planscalendar.com/
That one had some great features though I actually ended up using the following paid one (had just a few more features that I really wanted so I paid for this one):

What features did calendarscript have that were critical for you?
I ask because I'm the author of the Plans calendar. I'm working on the roadmap for the next major version.
Thanks!

Hey,
Wow, I've never run into a program's author like that before! :) Your program was awesome by the way. If I remember correctly, the main difference was that I had a number of users who all needed to be able to post events to the same calendar. They needed different passwords and different levels of access. Some of them can only add/edit their own events, some can edit any events, I'm the only one who can make major admin changes. I believe when I looked into your calendar, the only way for me to share the task of adding events was to share my password which gave total access to the other folks (which I didn't want to do). I hope I remember this correctly. If I had been maintaining the events calendar by myself, I would have used yours.
Thanks, Phyllis

Yep, that's one of the things mine doesn't do. :) It probably won't support user-based access for at least two major versions either...
Thanks for the feedback!

Hehehehe :D
That calendar is just part of WordPress, and the weather is a modified WP plugin. (I thought you might be in Brissy...and I bet you're studying at Qantm too..my ol' stompin' grounds ;))

I just realised, I was unconsciously looking for a simple calendar, which Plans fits perfectly... One of the main things was that I needed a templatable system...
