Multilingual, Dynamic Shopping Cart

I am new here, and not a programmer, so I hope I'm in the right place. I am looking for a multilingual shopping cart (English, German, French, Dutch, Belgian, Japanese???). It also needs to be very easy to write mods for, since I expect a lot of custom features (Wish List, Buyer REwards Points, etc). I am a big fan of CandyPress because of its many Mods, but I'm not sure if it can handle multiple languages.

It will also require an easy admin tools section to allow product updates, etc.

Of course, since I am not a programmer, I would need someone to do most of the coding as well. BUT, I would like the cart to be easy enough for me to do simple edits (as I have done in both CandyPress and StoreFront).

No. Oficcialy we speak dutch. flemish isn't realy a language (what would it be then if it isn't dutch? because there a very differnt dialects in flanders.) would be kinda like saying you have english and american, but also callifornian and newyorker or however you would wanna call it all.

Raf... thank you for steering me correctly. I just assumed (I know, dangerous!) that because Jaques Brel sang sometimes in Flemish, it was the native tounge of his country... live and learn!
