Vi Question

I suppose this is off topic, but I wasn't sure of the best forum.

Does anyone know how to replace the Windows generated ^Ms in vi?

I thought it was `:%s/<control+v><shift+m>$//

After the <control+v> (^), the M goes ontop of it...

Also many Unix/Linux systems have the dos2unix and unix2dos utilities that will do this for you. Type in:

man unix2dos
man dos2unix

to see if you have them available
