Im looking for some coders that arnt to exp to hire.

What i need:

I need a app that is JUST LIKE the MSN/Yahoo chat agents. :thumbsup:

I will be creating a EMAIL SERVER pretty soon and ide just like to have a chat agent to go along with it.
