Our company switched to a new host because of certain issues -- we have only one IMAP account. Now I figured that just programming it into the new host would do it just fine, and it has -- it still receives emails beautifully. However, it doesn't allow deleting and moving of messages now -- Entourage gives us this beautiful error:
IMAP folder does not exist 11013

Do I need to set up a new folder somehow on our new hosts server, or is this something that is internal to our own servers? This is my first experience with an IMAP account.

There's a little program called Mail Watcher. I'm using that (IMAP) together with Eudora (in POP mode) to check, delete and send mail in/from 6 mailboxes on two servers. Very easy to configure. You may want to try it to see if there's a real error or an Entourage bug.

thank you, that's useful -- but I did figure it out already. Entourage didn't make the IMAP folders on the server, as it should have -- so it was an Entourage bug. I just made the folders myself and it worked out nice  I appreciate the reply though:)
