reading into a string?

hello,

how can i grab the text between two tags?

like

string = "blah blah blah [- url -] www.codingforums.com[/- url -] blah blah blah"


how can i grab the just the "www.codingforums.com" from that string?

Is it always going to be a URL? If so, you could use a regular expression to do that.

i just edited my first post,, just noticed that the url tags were not showing..

could you show me an example please?
