Can someone help me figure out how to make a simple script where a user uses a include based form that they can submit a art and discription along with personal information to a script that will put it in a archieve where a user can click a artist anme to look at their submision. and the page would make another page when more then lets say 20 submissions are on one page. I had something on my dads lap top for the form, but he is gone in cali for a work trip thing.
