UPDATE:

After our unwanted visitor spammed the boards, I decided to notify his/her host (Bizhost.ru), along with all of the advertisers linked from his/her site (Hotmail, Yahoo, Moneygram, Fedex, Western Union, UPS, DHL, and others). I am still getting responses from these companies, and wanted to report that http://www.warezcd.org has been removed....
