Actually, I don't think it's bad -- the layout makes sense -- I don't like the colors that well, but they aren't BAD per say, it's just not my taste in a website. I notice some images aren't showing up, am I missing something?
The only thing is it looks a lot like a template layout -- something like I've seen before. But that doesn't make it bad, and for your first, that makes it pretty darn good :thumbsup:

the site isn't too bad. its a cut above the usual sites that are on here for review.
Two suggestions though:
1) Get shot of all the ad-banners etc as they clutter the page up
2) Your page logo at the top could do with some work. It looks tacky as though it was knocked up in 4 seconds.

The light blue over brown is a bit much, but it's the code that worries me..
I'm guessing that a fairly large portion of it was generated by some sort of WYSIWYG editor? I'm also guessing that the name on the box of the afformentioned product is Microsoft? Perhaps even Publisher? There is heavy use of IE conditional comments, such as:
<!--[if gte vml 1]><v:shapetype id="_x0000_t168"
coordsize="21600,21600" o:spt="168" adj="7200" path="m,l21600@0m,21600l21600@1e">
<v:formulas>
<v:f eqn="val #0"/>
<v:f eqn="sum 21600 0 @0"/>
<v:f eqn="prod #0 1 2"/>
<v:f eqn="sum 21600 0 @2"/>
<v:f eqn="sum @1 21600 @0"/>
</v:formulas>
<v:path textpathok="t" o:connecttype="custom" o:connectlocs="10800,@2;0,10800;10800,@3;21600,10800"
o:connectangles="270,180,90,0"/>
<v:textpath on="t" fitshape="t"/>
<v:handles>
<v:h position="bottomRight,#0" yrange="0,10800"/>
</v:handles>
<o:lock v:ext="edit" text="t" shapetype="t"/>
</v:shapetype><v:shape id="_x0000_s1029" type="#_x0000_t168" alt="WWW" style='width:48pt;
height:24pt' strokecolor="#ff9">
<v:shadow color="#868686"/>
<v:textpath style='font-family:"宋体";font-size:24pt;v-text-kern:t' trim="t"
fitpath="t" string="WWW"/>
</v:shape><![endif]--><![if !vml]><img border=0 width=66 height=34
src="index.files/image001.gif" alt=WWW v:shapes="_x0000_s1029"><![endif]>
That stuff is just plain nasty, but don't worry - you don't need it. Conditional comments are an Internet Explorer only feature (thank goodness), and as I viewed your site in Mozilla and it looked fine, I'd recommend deleting them all.
Just do it with a copy of one page first, incase I'm wrong ;)
Although it can appear to be a massive undertaking at first, learning to hand code html is an essential part of web design.

quite likely Microsoft Office
I had a go at creating a web page with it once and it produced all those scary useless comments. Safe to say that was the last time i used that...

Including all of what everyone else has said, the titles over the links, service, channels, etc...They are hard to read. The layout is otherwise good, you might want to rethink the colors, go for two or three. With all the colorations, I myself did not feel the need to browse the rest of your site. Good luck to you!

taking out all the IE sections would remove your image... (The images is made using that code). You need to get a standard copy of the image and put it in place of that.
