Hi Everyone,

I'd really appreciate some help figuring out how the moving banner on this website was created so it fits from end to end.
Here's the site (http://adantiquity.com/)

I'm pretty good with Flash and can make Flash work with Javascript for the pop-up browser window, but I have no idea how the banner fits perfectly into all browser sizes. Thanks in advance. Gavin.

That site uses frames and the script in question can be found in the middle (http://adantiquity.com/middle.cfm) frame....

Edit: Ooops, too late....
And besides this question has already been answered here (http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=39454).

A script just like that can be found at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/leftrightslide.htm

As for stretching it across the whole page, I would guess that he either detected the users window size and then made a JS command to stretch the script to that width, or he just made the belt of images incredibly long so that it would fit into any width.

I am not too familiar with JS, so feel free to look at his code if you want to figure it our yourself. View his source at http://adantiquity.com/middle.cfm

However, please do not steal his script, as it looks like this may have taken him a while to create. If you want to use something similar, use the one at dynamic drive and alter it, as you have not recieved rights from adanitquity's author to use his scripts.

Edit: Man, I need to learn how to type faster :D
