javascript over Flash

Hi... I have created a menu using Javascript and css..... It is really nice... But i face a strange problem..
The menu has sub-menus that pop below the parent menu....

Under this menu i have entered a very cool flash movie that i have created... When the menu expands and shows it's sub menus these are under the flash movie ... so they don;t appear....

Any good suggestion?
Perharps i need something like "....Tel the flash movie to go under one layer"
