Techniques used to Slice Images?

I see peoples sites who have perfectly sliced images...how is this done?

i do it in PhotoShop 7

I use Fireworks - with that you can save the slicing template as a png file and use it for batch-slice multiple images

I too use Fireworks, but just to give you another option in case you don't have access to any of the programs previously mentioned, there's a nice little App called "SplitImage" you may want to check out. Here's the URL:
