I need some help plese

Ok i just started a site and all but when i try to vote it gives me an error and it takes me to my hosting page with the error

do i need a script to put in or something so the voting works??

if so can someone link me to it and also show me how to do it please

You havent really said what you are trying to do, just that you have a web site, when you do something it brings up youre hosts and some mention of voting.
