I was wondering why the same website looks different on two different OS'. Example - I have written a website and it looks great on my xp machine but does not on my win 98' based system(when I say, looks great I mean it actually fits on the screen whithout the use of scroll bars in xp, and this is not the case in 98). I have noticed that other corporate sites are displayed the same way, for example MSN.com fits correctly on my XP based machine and does not on my '98 machine - as does Victorias' Secrets website.
I put the site on disk and tried it at work on two different machines. A '98 and an XP system and the same results.
Incidently, the site is displayed in same way in Navigator and I.E.
Any help would be appreciated.
