Well, this is my army cadet corps website(in Canada). :D Anyways, how do you think it looks?
2313 SALH (http://www.2313salh.ca/)
NOTE: Site is best viewed via an 'Internet Explorer' viewing program at a screen format of 800 x 600. Text size best at medium. If you are viewing this WEB-SITE(2313salh.ca) with a different manner of viewing tools, you may experience graphical problems, mechanical malfunction, lay-outs in disarray.

Why did you use a frameset? Now people will not be able to bookmark individual pages, and google will index them rather odd.
As for the look, it's ok, your code is a little off, check out the validator at www.w3.org
The green is difficult to view -- the people especially (it's not a full duotone, looks as if you overlayed a color in photoshop, or didn't pull the levels/curves out properly) I'm not too keen on the font choices -- instead of using that distorted image font, stick with the high tech one at the top -- too many fonts can ruin a clean design.

Please take a look at the note about framed pages and checking for coding errors in this thread:
You are missing some essential closing table tags, which is why the page is malfunctioning in browsers other than IE. It's a bit of a miracle that IE is guessing right about what your intentions are for your page.
Having said that, I hope you won't mind a few comments about the layout of the page.
There are a lot of images competing with each other at the top of the page.
I quite like the font on 'motto2.gif' but I'm not sure that it goes well with the hightech computer font on 'here.gif'.
I'm guessing that as I view your page in IE6 at 800x600 (running Win2K) I'm seeing roughly the same as you. You might think of putting a bit more space around the coat of arms image (SALH2.gif). Right now, the 'Because Cadets etc etc' image is very close to that coat of arms. (Do you really need to use an image for the motto?) I'm thinking that 'Because' should line up with the link to Home at the top of the page. This, of course, would mean redesigning the motto image entirely - perhaps putting it on two lines. Or you could maybe move the coat of arms to a different spot entirely (see below) and put the motto in the left hand side (again, redesign the motto image and/or just use text for the motto)
I also wonder if putting a line break before 'log-in' 'login to see etc.etc.' 'register' might not be a good idea on the text links for forum navigation. Right now, 'register' is wrapping to the next line.
And finally, those are very large blank spaces on either side of the final parade box. Perhaps you could try the following:
Move 'live chat' box to go under 'daily game' box. Extend 'final parade' box to the right edge of the page. Put the 'coat of arms' image in the space on the left below the newly placed 'live chat' box.
What do you think? Might that work?

AHH...the motto at the top is hideous! (the "Cadets don't stop...")
You should be able to make a clearer graphic than that. Wouldn't you agree?
