Image/Thumbnails Help plz !!!!

I have been wanting to run a "picture post " script and an "online album" for a while. I am able to upload the files and everything, but the thumbnails never shows.

I tried to chmod it to 777 and 755 the images folder... still no luck

the first page returns the following error: Error.
OOPs can't read //home/syednet/public_html/picpost/up.htm, No such file or directory

other than that, i see nothing wrong.
