Hello,

I want to start with C programming but i dont know much about C and i dont like ebooks they just donr read wel so i started searhing for a real book about C programming

after a very long search my results where zero so i was wondering if you guys might know a good book about C programming preferably in dutch as i come from holland. not about C++ ore C# but just real C

any help on finding a ( dutch ) book about this would be higly apreciated

there is a book written by the people who wrote the language

it is

C. Programming Language by Brian W. Kernighan, Dennis M. Ritchie

It is a good book with useful examples, and will teach you about the basics.

I like the "For Dummies" books....

i'll second that. i've got C++ for dummies by Stephen Randy Davis (4th edition) and its a great book. its really well written because you can read the book and pick up the basics then re read and pick up some important details. comes with CD with DJCPP compiler

there is no for dummies book about C only about C++ wich i dont want thanks for the help though
