Hi,
I am updating a page that uses frames. Since the number of subheadings (of the main menu) is increasing quite a lot I need to place them in a different frame than the main menu. I figured I should be able to use Set Text of Layer. But how do I address (target) the other frame?
In the frame where the subheadings should be I have a picture and underneath the layer. I have tried using "Set Text of Frame" including the layer but nothing shows up and the picture also disappears.
I am working in DreamWeaver MX.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you are trying to accomplish. Then again, I'm not that handy with DW, either.
Is it possible to place your page online somewhere? Being able to see what you have often will help people understand what you want to do much better. It doesn't have to be finished or look good, just seeing the actual layout already helps a lot.

Yes
the address is: http://www.swesif.org
if you click on the second menuitem on the left some "subheadings" appear underneath. I would like to put them underneath the yellow line. The line is part of a picture that sits in a frame. I would like the subheadings to appear there but without reloading the picture too. I thought I could make a layer and fill it with the subheadings in a table but I don't know how to write the code.
Thanks for answering! :)
