Hi i hope i can find some help...
I'm trying to make a simple order form where a customer calls in and the operator takes their info and order. its basically:

First name
last name
mailing address
form with order info
credit card info
submit button.

now i'm having trouble getting the form to work. what the form basically is is:

| Item Name | Item Description | Item Price | Quantity | Subtotal | (this layout basically repeats for 8 lines)

then at the bottom there's a subtotal, and grand total (with shipping)

Here is the link to the page of what i have so far: Order Form (http://www.stlouissigns.com/AvailableOrderForm.htm)

I'm trying to figure out how to get the subtotal of each item then the subtotal in the bottom. The customer i'm doin the page for has made the table in MS word and has the quantity as a drop-down box. i'm just frustrated with trying to get this calculation right. I'm using Dreamweaver MX. is there an easy way to do the calculations from left to right in the table??? Whenever I try to set it up in MS word the program just crashes. Please keep in mind that i'm very limited in my HTML skills and almost no skills in Javascript. I think i got in over my head on this project. But i'd very much appreciate any help i can get. Thanks in advance!!!
