Poll in PHP?

Erm, ima newbie to PHP, but i understand you can make a poll in php? and show the results? how do i do this? if its possible in VBscript, im more comfortable with that :o

should i learn CSS first tho?

css has nothing to do with php, can learn css if you want to. There's no relavance between them, sorta like askin "should I cut the lawn today or eat a banana?"
