site review please..need alot of help..

i have been given a task to remake and redesign this website... http://www.papasports.com .I know this website (made by some so-called professionla) works but has lots of pitfall... i would like anyone to see and suggest what is BAD about the site design and what changes in navigation and looks can be brought about ...i would really appreciate all those contributing in this request of mine....

Then music has to go! Secondly I've viewing it at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 and it doesn't align very well. A lot ot the images go into the blue on the right hand side. Oh and did I mention the music has to go?

as does the bouncy email graphic...

I can see the beginnings of a nice clean site there but the music and dodgy gif's are a thing of the past, or at least IMO they should be, if you can lose those I dont think you have too much work ahead to make a nice site. (same problem here on 1024x800)
