text rollovers using javascript

I've been trying to search for a script that fades the text to a different colour and then flickers onmouseout. An example of this script can be seen at http://www.iol.ie/~cold/faq.html but I cannot find any scripts that do the same, does anyone know a script that does this, or a similar script? I already know how to apply a faded link script, it's just the flickering part at the end, I can't find a script to make it flicker, but I can find one to stop it flickering lol.

It does not flicker in my IE 6 nor does it work at all in Mozilla 1.6
