multiple popup links on one page

I have a page with multiple popup links. They were working pretty well, somehow, they're suddenly broken. They all show "The page cannot be displayed." How can I fix this problem? Or, where I can find some resources about this.

The problem seems to be not in the links but in the pages itself.
