what is the basic script for dragging sumthing up or down? (im trying to make a scrollbar but all I need is the dragging part itself)

Ummm, they have .js files that I don't know the url to, so I can;t really see the code to it I think, but whenever I try on frontpage (i TYPE all my stuff on frontpage because it is quicker than uploading to a site), I get an error that says "object expected". That happens a lot but because I'm not familiar with this code, I do not know how to fix it...
Thanks for the reply tho

The scripts are located at http://cross-browser.com/x/
For example http://cross-browser.com/x/x_core.js
