Passing arrays through hidden input fields

Does anyone know if this is possible... Or if not... another way of doing it.

Lets say $list is an array...

Can one do this:

<input type=hidden name=myarray[] value=$list>

???

probably better to use sessions to track your data .. but you can do ..


<input type="hidden" name="myarray" value="<?=serialize($list);?>" />


to get the data back into an array later ..


<?$array=unserialize($list);?>
