embedded call does not appear to call the js file

my intro page uses flash to call my main page, home.html(by the way, my ISP says i cannot have "index" and "home" named files in the root directory at the same time and i cannot or do not know how to edit the flash file to change the call, need help there too), my root directory is html my call right after my body tag is as follows...

<script language="JavaScript" src="\js\header.js"> where js is the folder containing all my javascripts.

is this a permissions or folder naming problem.

i am at my wits end to figure this simple little thing out.

i have one more call for menu.js file, my menu does not appear on my webpage either.

i am able to see these pages, but i fear other users will not because i have put home.html and index.html in the same root directory. Can some please pass on a suggestion, if you would like to log onto the ftp server please contact me and/or for a solution you can contact me.

I figured out the calls on my own, but i still would like some one to create a
little flash for the top of my home.html that takes and jumbles the letters
around and brings them into my title.

I have no clue what is going on with flash, if anyone is interested contact me
please. I do realize this is not a flash forum, maybe suggestions where to
look for help.
