I need a means to take details from a lottery-style game entry form and display them in a confirmation page .... just as a lookalike demo, no database activity is required yet.
Please see attached zipfile or go here (http://www.telebingo.co.uk/javascriptquery/sixpixjs.zip)
or visit my amateur (!) non-working page
here (http://www.telebingo.co.uk/javascriptquery/1.htm )
(the PrizeBuster.js was borrowed to try and see fhow number choosing works - I still don't understand!!)
1.htm: Entry Form (also entryfrom.htm)
2.htm: Confirmation Page (also accept.htm)
3.htm: simulated dbase activity (also thankyou.htm)
4.htm: acceptance page (also accepted.htm)
I can improve the graphics/layout etc.., and I think I can also manage a drop-down menu for Players to choose favourite Charity .... once I can graps the basic mechanism of the "javascript transfer" principles.
This is my first post and I am concerned NOT to abuse anyone's kindness - the purpose of this demo is to show to all kinds of Good Causes how they can benefit from the game.
I am hoping to find a programmer who can help with the "real stuff" soon for a fair fee.
Many thanks
