Yahoo:
http://messenger.yahoo.com/messenger/help/voicechat.html
iChat: (No Long Distance Charges)
http://www.apple.com/ichat/
AiM:

MSN also supports Voice Chat.
Is that what you mean? Or were you thinking more along the lines of speech recognition (ie. you talk, it types, u press submit..)? For that you'd need to get a speech recognition software (ie. Dragon Naturally Speaking is a really good one that I use).
Let me know if that's what you were(n't) looking for.
Sadiq.

Yahoo, the mac version doesn't support voice chat, although it does support webcam, which I think is supid, I can't get iChat to work (in voice to somebody not using it as well), AIM, again, the mac version doesn't support voice chat.

I did a search on MacUpdate for you:
http://www.macupdate.com/search.php?keywords=chat&button.x=0&button.y=0
I remember one a while back that had the support, fire-something, I'd look at these ones and see if there isn't anything you might like

Not that I have a Mac but I've read in a couple of places that AIM on the Mac supports Voice Chat, and I'm pretty sure I read that Yahoo works on the Mac too.. have you tried those properly?

Yahoo (from help):
Please Note: If you use Windows 3.1 or a Macintosh, you will not be able to use Yahoo! Messenger Voice Chat.
AIM: Nothing saying you can, but nothing saying you can't, but nothing to start it...

Hmmm... only things I found:
http://www.pgpi.org/products/pgpfone/
http://rogerwilco.gamespy.com/products/downloads/rwdload.html (used for games, might work otherwise, not sure)
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/mac/18544 (video conferencing, but there may be other options)
...and this is what I found out with ichat, have you tried to link to your friend this way? If ichat works for you, and AIM works for him, then it should link together:
Videoconference with millions on Mac or PC
iChat AV 2.1 supports videoconferencing with the new AOL Instant Messenger 5.5 for Windows, giving you immediate access to the millions of people in both the Mac and PC communities. iChat AV 2.1 requires Mac OS X v10.3 or later.

It all fits but...

but what?
What about this site:
http://etntelephone.com/talkpctopc/
There's a download for mac users.. If you've still not found anything through all the links we've posted, I can't be of any further assistance.
Good luck,
Sadiq.
