List Box + php Mail

Ok i have a list box and was wondering if there was anyway to convert the whole contents to maybe a string so i can use php email function to send the whole contents via email in maybe a table.

This list box's contents always changes.

Any suggestions would be great

just a bump cause its like kinda urgent.
