Acrobat Reader: Shutdown Incomplete

When ever i close Acrobat reader. the following two processes (That are opened when you open the program) remain open.

AcroRd32.exe
wisptis.exe

How can i get Acrobat Reader to stop these processes when it closes. and should wisptis.exe even be running?

Edited your thread title. Refrain from profranity in the titles, even attempted with random characters (ex: Holy #%$*!)

They probably get terminated when the browser/application that called them is terminated. It makes sense that way, and is nice if you are looking at several pdfs during the same session.
