passing list menus to a summary page

Hi All
Sorry to bug every one but I really know nothing about java scripting or web page designing. I created a webpage where a user can select Items on the page through list menus. Once everything is selected the user clicks on get quote it brings up an alert box with the price in it, but what I want to do is once user has selected everything he/she wants and clicks on get quote it must go to a new page with a summary of everything that was selected and at the bottom it must give the quoted price this must all be done on the clients side.
Can someone help I've been reading through pages and pages of forums and how-to's but no luck.

The only thing I can think of is to have 2 iFrames (or 2 DIVs for that matter), and you have the first one showing the code you've got for the form.

Then onclick of the "submit" button (which should just be a button), the first iFrame/Div should hide itself. Then you should use DOM or innerHTML or something to put in all the fields and create this summary page in the second iFrame/Div, and then show it.

That way it's all done on the client-side.

Hope that makes some sense! Try it out and see what you come up with, and if you've got troubles post back and we'll try to give you a hand with it.

I've added this code into my page (see txt file) but the problem I'm having is that the alert windows is still comming up.
My selection page opens up in a frameset so I would like the summary page to open up in the same frameset replacing the summary page and I only want what the user has selected to show up in the summary page. At the moment I've got it showing all the fileds.

Please can you help me
