I have created a form that I now need to make it total all of the things selected and give the person a total amount at the end before they submitt. How do I go about doing this. I have no real java skills just to let you know. I made the form in DreamWeaver and have the form info emailed out via PHP. This is a very small form and should not be to difficult. Thanks for help in advance.

We'd have to see the form, but the idea is to give each textbox that have a value that you would like to add to the total a unique ID.

Would you like a button that would run the total?

This way you can use document.getElementById('txtId').value to grab the value of the textbox. Then you just add that to a sum variable, and display it in another textbox or whatever..

Hope that's of some help.. post some code and we can give you a better hand.

Sadiq.
