In some web sites when I click a linked picture etc.
I am facing with a page saying "page can not be displayed".
I have noticed that if I point the mouse on "dedect network settings" on the left down corner "do Jawascript....." is appearing.
I would like to learn A.B.C's of Java Scripts. However it will take time. Before going to study the tutorials, I will appreciate if someone to tell me what is "Java script" is? Maybe in my computer Java scripts is turned off? If so how can I switch it ON ? Or find out it's status ?
Thanks, Haydar

hey!

javascript wont be why it says page cannot be displayed.. 9/10 times that is the servers fault not yours.. ie cant be helped.. unless you get it ALOT! then you may have localhost issues.

the Do javscript you see on the link.. is just the way in which it links/brings up the page behind the link - nothing to worry about.

For what is javascript.. check these out..

good luck :)
