I am using the following script to let new members join my Runescape Clan (runescape is an interactive RPG) but they always have to sign in to their email addresses, is there any way i can just make it post the data from the form straight onto a designated page on my site? like a forum, but all they can post is that and nobody but me can see the info?

<html><body><head><center><form name="email" method="post" action="mailto:{my email}">
**runescape username: <input type="text" name="name"><br>
preferred clan username: <input type="text" name="username" maxlength="15"><br>
**the password you want: <input type="password" name="password"><br>
<input type="submit" name="sub" value="join (may take 1-3 days)" disabled><br>
<input type="reset" value="clear"><br><br>
**= required
if you do not fill out 'preferred clan username' it will be your runescape username.
</form>
<script>
function checkifempty(){
if(document.email.name.value==''){
document.email.sub.disabled=true
}
if(document.email.password.value==''){
document.email.sub.disabled=true
}
if(document.email.name.value!=''){
if(document.email.password.value!=''){
document.email.sub.disabled=false
}
}
}
if(document.all||document.getElementById)
setInterval("checkifempty()", 100)
</script>
</center>
<br><br>
<br><h2>
when you press join, you will be brough to your default email program (mostlikly yahoo msn or aol)<br>
when you sign in to it it will instantly bring you to write a message and attatch<br>
postdata.att, just click send, this sends the info you typed in the upper boxes<br>
to me so i can implement them. REMEMBER DO NOT USE YOUR REAL RUNESCAPE PASSWORD!!<BR>
doing so will allow me to give you a personal username on the site. Like I said, may<br>
take 1-3 days, or if im lazy may take even more.</head></body></html>

You need to put user data in a storage like database or LDAP. And you need a server-side language (ASP, PHP, JSP, ...) to do that.
i.e.
<form name="email" method="post" action="postinfo.asp">
