Customizing Scroll Bar Colors

I've looked, but I can't seem to find any script to do that neato thing with the scroll bars.

You use css to color scrollbars and it's only supported by IE. It's also a rather large can of worms (http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=31231&highlight=scrollbars).

IE5.5+ and Opera7+
