Need a regex

First of all, can anyone suggest a good study site to fully explain them? I can't seem to find one explaining them in a good way.


Anyway, I need a simple regex that can verify the length is 11 characters, with 9 digits, 2 alphabetic at the end. Sounds simple...right?
