I'm using Foxserv 3.0 running on Windows ME. I'm trying to test this contact form I have on my website that I am creating. I'm told that you can do this but I keep getting this error which I have no clue to what it means. The error is as follows:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /m-designs/< on this server

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.0.39 Server at localhost Port 80

My php code for form is:

<?php
/* Declare Variables*/

if($_POST['submit'])
{

$name = $_POST['name'];
$email = $_POST['email'];
$message = $_POST['message'];

//Save visitor name and entered message into one variabl*/

$formcontent="VISITOR NAME: $\n\FEEDBACK: $message";
$recipient = "myname@mydomain.net";
$subject = "Request for more information";
$mailheader = "From: $email\r\n";
$mailheader = "Reply-To: $email\r\n";
$mailheader = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";
mail($recipient, $subject, $formcontent, $mailheader,) or
die ("Failure!");
echo "Thank You!";

}
?>

my html code is:

<div id="contact">
<h4>E-Mail Us</h4>
<form action="<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?>" method="Post">
<b>Your name:</b> <input type="text" name="name" size="20"><br>
<b>Your e-mail:</b> <input type="text" name="email" size="20"><br>
<b>Message</b><br><textarea name="message" rows="1" cols="20"></textarea>
<input type="submit" value="Send"><input type="reset" value="Clear">
</form>
</div>
