any php admin recommended?

I was going to start to build a forum that needs to use php program. I downloaded PHPMyAdmin but it was too confusing to install. Anybody knows what a good & easy php program for a beginner like me?

PHPMyAdmin is a php based database administering program. Are you looking for a program to admin your databse or a forum program?

thanx for ur replying. I'm looking for a program to admin my database. Something like PHPMyAdmin. But I tried PHPMyAdmin, it's too hard for me to install...the instructions kinda confusing a lil.
