I guess the best would be phpNuke. It has soo many mods available you'll probably be able to find what you want.
It's a pain to set up though.

Got cPanel, so click the button and it's installed, then upload a couple update scripts and I'll be done, but, I don't have 16MB left on my server...
Now have enough space on server, having deleted a PHP-Nuke Intsall which was for a Game I was making which I have abandoned.

Having found out that PostNuke had some features that I need, I went for it, as for the forum, that should be easy enough to install.

I like postnuke, but I've only seen a few sites that use it, so I didn't reccomend it :cool:

I was 5th time lucky at installing the forum, had to change the folder name to PNphpBB2 from PNphpBB2_12e to install it...
