Ugly duckling wants to be a SWAN

Hello everyone,
I've been online for 18 months and established my site in April this year. I have been trying to redesign my site in frames for the past 3 months to no avail.
I am desperately wanting a site design that is modern and uses up to date technology.

I have only limited html knowlege and currently use FP 2000 with my own graphics and some hand coding. My site is graphic intense and a gallery type design would be nice.

I would like a review of my site and any assistance with Flash or HTML template for a new layout would be so very much appreciated as I want a WOW design factor to show within the layout.

Nice site. Though I was unsure where to click to get in, an "enter" sign would be handy. Also I think the first page should always tell the user who you are and what you do.


Other than that I think its a nice piece of work. I am building a site too - www.websitevrm.com and I desperately need a relevant image for the home page.
