Help making page validate

I am having problems making index.php validate, view the page at http://f1unleashed.geoffers.uni.cc/

Any help will be greatly apprecated, you can get the file here (http://geoffers.uni.cc/F1Unleased.zip), because this site uses PHP includes all over it would be very difficult to do looking at the end result source.

Dunno much about xml, but I don't think you can include it when you're content-type is set for text/html.

By changing the content type to application/xhtml+xml, it caused 100's of problems.
