full year calander with multi select

Can anyone point me towards a free javascript calander that shows all the months on one page and allows multiple selects. I want to use it for users to fill in a form field with multiple dates (csv).

If there is a script that does the multiselect part, I can probably adapt it to show all the months (with a little help on here!!)

What you're asking for seems unlike anything I've heard of in terms of calendar scripts. I use The coolest DHTML calendar widget (http://dynarch.com/mishoo/calendar.epl) for all my calendar needs; it's customizable to the point you seem to be looking for.
