How to Resize Html Page to Browser with Image Slices????

I have found some scripts that allow the image to resize to the browsers size, but don't know how to include this javascript into my page, since I dont have an image.gif to resize, but many image slices done in imageready. What javascript code should I use and how should I include my image for this to work? Please, Please help!
