Sure, but given that you can't reach it's download link... I don't know what to say, and I can only speak for me, but I don't usually create mirrors of project sites. Perhaps you're lucky and someone who used cutenews will read this thread and can help you, but I wouldn't bet on it. It's a very specific request.

Why Dont You Code Your Own? :P
It isn't that hard. I Consider the hardest part being the addition, and only because it's boring. But I would not concider it hard what-so-ever.
