Dear sir,

Refers to VB 6.0.

(a) I used menu editor to create the menu, but how can I insert the picture in the left hand side of the sub-menu.

(b)In my program, I create a report that intention to display unpaid invoice. Meanwhile, I also create a checkbox which give the option to user to include paid invoice in the report. Do you know what is the coding to detect paid and unpaid invoice from my database file? or could you give me an idea?

(a) Same as in your question about buttons, the answer here is also using owner-drawn controls (http://www.thescarms.com/vbasic/OwnerDrawn.asp). Otherwise you'll have to be satisfied with what the VB menu editor gives you (a simple menu, without any pictures or special colors).
(b) The answer is in the sql query you use to get your recordsets, for only unpaid invoices you need to add a "where paid is null" (or something like that, I don't know how the database is set up) to the end of the query, and to get both paid and unpaid you omit that where clause.
