converting nesned text files to xml files

how can I convert nesned text documents to xml files by coding? or is there any free program for this?

*blink* "Nesned"? I've never heard of that word. If you mean nested, I don't even know how you can nest text files...

Can you give us examples of your text files you're starting with, and the XML you'd like to end up with?
