Ok so I have an iframe loading a page... this page is a news script that I am using (fusionNEWS). When the page is included inside the iframe there is a white border around the content. To see what I mean click here (http://nick-adams.com/border.jpg). This only happens in IE though. In FireFox where I also tested it this is how it looks this is how I want it to look (http://nick-adams.com/noborder.jpg).

My code for the iframe is as follows:

<iframe src="news/news.php" allowtransparency="true" height="300" width="612" name="content" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto">
<?php
include "news/news.php";
?>
</iframe>

Does anyone know how I could get it to look how it does in FF in IE? I can also post code from the news.php page that is being loaded in if that would help anyone.

Thanks in advance for any help.

put this in the head of the page being served via the iframe. (or preferably in its style sheet)

<style>
body{padding:0;margin:0;}
</style>

I fixed it... the problem was in the template system for the news script.

THIS THREAD CAN BE DELETED.

Thanks.

Just so you know, threads don't get deleted once the problem's been fixed ;) IF that happened there'd be hardly any posts in the forum

I understand that... but there was nothing in this thread that would help anyone else. I basically fixed my problem (as it wasnt a problem with the code it was a template bug). I doubt anyone reading this with the same problem as me would benefit from reading the thread. So I just figured Id clean up the clutter, but if it stays than thats fine too. :)

Also, say someone was having a similar problem, it might give them the idea of checking the template system before trying other methods of solving their problem.
