my friend is looking to get a belkin wireless pc-mcia card for her laptop. I recomended linksys cards but she can get a deal on the card. I was wondering if they make good products. And then also whats the compatibility for the cards and linux?

Hey i have a Belking wireless network in my house with a base compputer and a laptop and a wireless router all cards from belkin. I have not yet expirienced any problems with the cards and the speed seems to be really good. Not too bad of cards for the price
As for the compatability with Linux i have no idea you may need to do some research on that one.

Belkin usually makes decent stuff. I use a Belkin 4-port KVM at work, works great.
As far as linux compatiblity, I dunno. You try their site?

thanks for the input guys. I will give the go-a-head for the purchase. Note: their site doen't have much info for their wireless cards and what OS they are compatible with. Im sure there is some linux driver like TULIP which will work.
