mouseover (play) mouseout (stop play)

i posted this before 27 read it but no one seems to be able to help me out :(

i can get music to start with the following code:

<a HREF="http://" onMouseover="javascript:jsPlay('idElement2wavEmbed');window.status='';return true">

but i cant get it to stop on mouseout
it plays the whole song even when im on the next mouseover
