"Reflective Water" that reflects a photo
I'm looking for a program (or coding) that creates an image that looks like a pond of moving water in front of a picture. Basically, this "pond" reflects an moving image of the picture above it.
I found a applet (written in Java) that does this. However, with the Sun Microsystem/Microsoft lawsuit problem, the new computers don't support Java. Therefore, I was looking for an alternative that is universal and run on most computers.
